It has been a while, my friend. This year was a whirlwind of a year unlike any other. The first half was not as hard as the second half. We succeeded at our last semester of undergrad despite the changes that came halfway through it. We held a bible study with friends, worked out with them… all online. We started working full time. We managed to travel and explore new places and food. We tried new activities and weathered several storms. There was a newfound peace despite it all.

Suddenly the virus began to hit close to home. Anger, frustration, and confusion settled. The months passed and the year got worse. A lot was stolen this year from our life. No matter what was taken, God has always been faithful. All I pray is that the weight becomes a little lighter this new year. Come what may, I will obey.
